Keith Richards makes an ash of himself

Turning an old Denis Leary joke on its head, the Rolling Stones' longtime lead guitarist Keith Richards, already legendary for the longevity and breadth of his drug-abuse habits, claims to have actually snorted his father's ashes. See story here.

For those not in the know, Leary said in his No Cure for Cancer comedy special some years back about Richards, when the septuagenarian Stone(r) was reported to have filmed a PSA urging kids not to abuse drugs, "Guess what, Keith? We can't do any drugs, 'cause you already did 'em all! We have to wait 'til you die and smoke your ashes!"

Yep, pretty wierd. By the way, as a nit picky point, Keith Richards is the Stones lead guitarist. Bill Wyman, now retired, was the long time bassist.
