A found joke for fans of both SF and flowers

I bought some flowers for my sweet Songbird the other day—her favorite, stargazer lilies—by way of saying "happy birthday" and "go you!" On the wrapper we found a label that indicated one of two things: 1) The author was not a native English speaker; or 2) the author was a science-fiction fan and wanted to sneak some love for the genre past the mundanes.
