Recycling is great, but...graves?!?

What in the hell kind of mercenary mind and utter lack of conscience must it take to even conceive of a scheme like this, let alone actually carry it out? And what in the name of sanity ever gave them the notion they could get away with it and have it not get noticed?

Ugh. What horrid little creatures to do something like that.

Of course, they only did this to the graves that hadn't been visited in a long time. And it only got caught because they screwed up the cooking of the books to HIDE said activity.

Wow. Dinah Washington. I've always thought of her as being up there with the great female jazz singers, about #4, right after Bessie, Billie and Ella. Now I'll probably check out Amazon and see if I can find some of her recordings - she's a weak area of my CD collection, and I have a lot of CDs of the other 3.

It gets worse. Today NPR reported that Emmett Till's original coffin was found in an old shed on the cemetery grounds, with wildlife nesting inside, and that the staff apparently had embezzled the funds for the memorial that it was supposed to be placed in.
