Simply publish a book declaring them mentally diseased. And if you have an M.D. in psychiatry to back you up, so much the better. Saves all that annoying trouble of having to actually care about what they think, or reasonably address their arguments...not to mention the nifty fringe benefit of avoiding any discussion whatsodamnever of the many and disastrous failures of your own political philosophy, many of them quite recent.
