Georgia borders no states ending in "-stan" (although Azerbaijan comes close :-)

Also, please note that the theme carefully does not specify which mouse is a genius, and which is insane, merely that they're distinct from each other. I have long wondered which is which, or whether they don't swap roles regularly.
