Profuse thanks to the startrek LJ community for pointing me to a delightful webcomic I somehow hadn't heard of 'til now: the three-days-weekly self-proclaimed "geek comic" Hijinks Ensue. Its creator, Joel Watson, has posted this strip about a certain scene in the recently-released new trailer for Paramount's J.J. Abrams-produced Star Trek "reboot" film, now set for release next May. (Today's strip is an almost-as-funny gag involving Sci Fi's "reboot" of Battlestar: Galactica.) Fans of the original TV series who recall a certain legendary starship captain's equally legendary libido will no doubt find this as gut-bustingly funny as I did.
