How did you put that in columns? Handwritten HTML?

No, it wasn't handwritten; LJ's rich text editor has a table-insertion function which allows you to specify width of table, column width, row height, cell alignments etc. and generates the HTML for you. It was a bit tedious cutting and pasting, since there is no autoflow between columns, but otherwise it was no big hassle.
