[A is for age of first kiss:] Lemme see...was in what used to be called junior high and is now "middle school." So...13 or so.

[B is for booze of choice:] Can't really have any now due to meds, but when I did drink, I tended to favor screwdrivers, vodka crans and good old rum and Coke. Undiluted booze is for those with far stronger stomachs than mine (unless beer, ale and mead count).

[C is for career:] Graphic design.

[D is for your dad's name:] John Gilford Leger.

[E is for essential items to bring to a party:] Yourself. The host should supply everything else unless specified.

[F is for favorite song at the moment:] Currently stuck in my head is "Nugget Man" by Paul & Storm.

[G is for favorite game:] Physical: Encore or Scrabble. Computer: Freecell.

[H is for hometown:] Lafayette, LA, USA by birth; New Orleans, LA by choice.

[I is for instruments you play:] Bad piano, worse guitar.

[J is for jam or jelly you like:] Strawberry.

[K is for kids?] None that I know of.

[L is for last kiss?] When my Songbird was here a couple months ago.

[M is for mom's name:] June Ann Girouard Leger Holder (deceased these last 12 years of cancer at 56).

[N is for name of your crush:] Not applicable unless to my Songbird.

[O is for overnight hospital stays:] Two that I remember and one in infancy I heard about later.

[P is for phobias:] Seeing (and hearing) some old TV production company logos/jingles.

[R is for relationship that lasted the longest]: My current one, at six years and counting.

[S is for sexual preference:] Females. Babes. Chicks. Girls. WOMEN!

[T is for time you wake up:] Usually around 7:30 am (the alarm having been going off and snoozed repeatedly since 6:30).

[U is for underwear:] Classic Fruit of the Looms; I'm a tighty-whitey man from waaay back.

[V is for vegetable you love:] Peas. (I actually like tomatoes more, but it has been pointed out to me that the tomato is in fact technically a fruit. This ought to mean I'd like Creole food more than I do, but I guess even for tomatoes there is such a thing as overkill.)

[W is for worst habit:] Procrastination. I might list some more when I get around to it.

[X is for x-rays you've had:] Several, but the only one that leaps to mind is when my dad accidentally backed his Chevy pickup over me at 14.

[Y is for yummy food you make:] Lemon pepper-rubbed pork chops.

[Z is for zodiac sign:] Gemini (which explains much to those who know me well), or the Rabbit for those into the Chinese Zodiac.
