Just the thing to elude muggers in Tokyo: disguise yourself as a Coke vending machine! Or your purse as a manhole cover! (Though if I were her, I'd pull the toes of my shoes in a bit so as not to have them showing at the bottom; that's a dead giveaway...)

So this soldier is out on camouflage maneuvers, cleverly disguised as a tree.
After standing perfectly still for everal hours he begind to jump around madly.
His C.O. comes over to him and demands an explanationd.
Well sarge, I didn't complain when a large dog came over and peed on my legs.
And I didn't budge when two birds made a nest in my lower branches.
But when two squirrels ran up my legs and I heard one say to the other:
"Let's eat one now and take the other one home for winter."
Well, that was it!

I japan the vending machines are so ubiquitous the shoes would never be noticed. But get me some of those mops for kitty feet; with five cats I could get this place clean in a jiffy!
