I can't believe I have to tell a language expert that bullion is gold; the soup is boullion. :-) (Though if a job doesn't come through extremely soon, I might well settle for the soup...)

Oh, I know the difference, but I didn't always. As a kid I was familiar with /ˈbʊljɑn/ cubes, and I read about gold <bullion>, but it was years before I realized they were spelled differently
